With an objective to renew a solid focus on the core commercial products on which the Thermaflex® brand of flexible duct products was built, the company has named James Lollis as Global Commercial Sales Manager. Lollis has been with the firm over 38 years, 25 of which have been as National Sales Manager, Thermaflex Division.
“More than 50 years ago, our flexible duct portfolio was comprised of core products such as Thermaflex MKC, MKE, and other commercial offerings,” Lollis said. “These products represent a major contribution to our history, growth, and reputation for excellence. In my new role, I plan to reestablish that contribution.”
In recent years, there has been a significant demand for the company’s Flexvent Residential product line. According to Dave Oehlers, Vice President, General Manager of Thermaflex, “We have experienced a high volume of residential HVAC business through the top wholesale distribution outlets across the country. This growth, coupled with our renewed commitment to our core products for the commercial plan and spec markets, point the way to an exciting future.”
Lollis brings diverse experience with Thermaflex to his new position. His engineering responsibilities have included industrial, mechanical, product design, and technical services; he has also served in facility management at the Ontario, Canada and in the Arkansas operations, as well as in manufacturing supervision in all divisions.
